NARI Group NSR612RF-D Line Protection and Control Device

The NSR612RF-D is an integrated protection and control device for lines below 35kV, providing protection, measurement, control, and operation functions for incoming lines, outgoing lines, and feeders. Two models are available: NSR612RF-DS (overcurrent) and NSR612R-DA (directional overcurrent with composite voltage).

Functional Configuration

Main protection functions include:

1) Three-stage overcurrent protection (directional with composite voltage optional);
2) Two-stage directional blocking zero-sequence overcurrent protection (zero-sequence current can be self-generated or externally connected; *the second stage can be set to trip or alarm via control word);
3) Three-phase single-shot auto-reclosing (with or without voltage check);
4) Overload protection;
5) Post-closing acceleration protection;
6) Under-frequency load shedding protection;
7) Under-voltage load shedding protection.
Main measurement and control functions include:
1) Collection of 23 remote signaling inputs, device remote signaling status change;
2) Remote control of circuit breaker opening and closing under normal conditions;
3) Telemetry of 19 analog quantities including Ia, Ib, Ic, Ua, Ub, Uc, 3Io, Uab, Ubc, Uca, 3Uo, Pa, Pb, Q, S, φ, Fr;
4) Event sequence of events (SOE);
5) Operation waveform recording.
Measurement and Control Functions
1. Remote control functions mainly include: remote trip operation, remote closing operation.
2. Telemetry quantities mainly include: Ia, Ib, Ic, Ua, Ub, Uc, 3Io, Uab, Ubc, Uca, 3Uo, Pa, Pb, P, Q, S, φ, Fr; as well as active energy and reactive energy calculated through integration; with 7th harmonic analysis capability.
3. Remote signaling quantities mainly include: 16 remote signaling inputs provided by the power board, 7 remote signaling inputs provided by the operation board, synthesized double-point remote signaling, general fault remote signaling, auto-reclosing charging, device equipment status, etc., with event sequence recording.
